✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Educational:
- 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & English – min 50% aggregate & 50% in English; OR
- 3-Year Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / IT) – min 50%; OR
- 2-Year Vocational Course with non-vocational Physics & Math – min 50%.
- Age: 17.5 – 21 years (no category relaxation).
- Marital Status: Unmarried during entire 4-year tenure.
- Physical Standards:
- Height: 152.5 cm (min.);
- Chest: min 77 cm with 5 cm expansion;
- Run 1.6 km in 6 min 30 sec, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats.
📝 Selection Process
- Phase I – Online Test (CBT)
• Science Subjects &/or Other Than Science Subjects – objective questions, negative marking. - Phase II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
• 1.6 km run, push-ups, sit-ups, squats. - Adaptability Tests I & II – assess suitability for IAF environment.
- Phase III – Medical Examination at IAF designated centres.
- Final Merit List & enrolment.
